つまり、地方参政権付与により、多数の朝鮮人が対馬に住所を移転すれば、市長や市議会は朝鮮系日本人に占有され、市の職員も朝鮮系に置き換えられます。こうして対馬は韓国支配下に置かれ、乗っ取られる、ということです。対馬の人口はわずか三万人ですから、組織的に動けば簡単なことです。確実にそうなるでしょう。
